Please read the booking rules below carefully. Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all the other subjects mentioned therein.

It is possible to send an availability request from our website or via email and wait for our reply. Alternatively, you can make an online purchase for one of our services by following the instructions available on our website Following the request / purchase you will be sent a confirmation / receipt of purchase. The reservation with the date of the service is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication showing the details of the purchase made. In some cases, a deposit (30% of the total amount) may be required, to be made within 7 days of our confirmation. If payment is not made within the specified time, the reservation will be canceled ex officio (unless otherwise agreed).

The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation.

The deposit is not a standard booking system but is evaluated from time to time at the user's request. In any case, FASSA FLY has no obligation to accept it.

In the case of the purchase of a "PACKAGE", which also includes external services such as equipment rental / taxi / shuttle / ski lift tickets, FASSA FLY will charge in advance the cost which will in no case be refunded in case of no-show or cancellation of the requested service.

The reservation becomes binding for FASSA FLYonly at the time of crediting the confirmation deposit or payment of the full amount of the service, by bank transfer / PayPal.

At this point FASSA FLY will undertake to send the customer a final confirmation e-mail or a summary voucher to be shown at the time of meeting at take-off. Confirmation of booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the aforementioned confirmation data and to notify us of any anomalies as soon as possible. The communication must be received no later than 4 days from its receipt. After this deadline we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies. Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person (even for minors).

To make changes to the reservation, it is necessary to contact FASSA FLY, who will do everything possible to satisfy the request. However, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of this request.

Any cancellation of booking must be communicated in writing.

  • In case of cancellations up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the full amount paid will be retained. A voucher valid for one year will be issued to use the service you have renounced. The voucher is transferable, with written communication via e-mail showing the contact information of the new person who will use it.
  • In case of NO-SHOW, the rules of the previous point are valid.
