No, absolutely no experience required! The two-seater paragliding flight is accessible to everyone. No special physical preparation, preliminary courses or specific training is needed. The passenger simply has to follow the pilot’s simple instructions during take-off and landing. The take-off phase requires only a short run of a few meters (about 5-20 meters), similar to a brisk walk. During the flight you don’t have to do anything: you enjoy the view while the pilot manages everything. Landing is even easier than takeoff: just lift your legs slightly and let the pilot do the rest.
